If you are stuck in your head with a particular issue, breathwork can help you get insights through the body by using active breathing techniques. Let the breath take you on an inner journey. You focus your mind, process emotions and experience a deeper conenction with your own body. From an altered state of consciousness, insights and clarity about your next steps emerge effortlessly.

  • We start with simple mindfulness and relaxation exercises for body and mind.

    With the help of a guided exercise, you form an intention or question relevant to your current life situation for the upcoming breathwork session.

    The core of the breathwork session is around 30 minutes of conscious, active breathing through the mouth. You are in control at all times and can regulate the strength of the resulting effects in the body yourself. At regular intervals we take breath holds, regenerate the body and create a new balance in your nervous system. The breathwork session is supported by music.

    The breathwork session ends with a down-regulating breathing exercise for relaxation and regeneration.

    Many people experience an altered state of consciousness with breathwork. The active breathing patterns create physiological effects, tension and relaxation in the body and new perspectives for the mind.

  • Breathwork 1:1 happens online on ZOOM or in person in Bern.

    A 1:1 session lasts 90 minutes and consists of a coaching part and a breathwork journey.

    The price is 250 CHF per session.

  • In person group classes in Bern last two hours and cost 50 CHF. They take place on:

    • Sunday 27 April from 10 to 12 a.m.

    • Tuesday 27 May from 6 to 8 p.m.

    • Wednesday 25 June from 6 to 8 p.m.

    • Thursday 24 July from 6 to 8 p.m.

    The place in Bern will be announced closer to the date of the session.

    You can pick and choose how many sessions you want to book.

  • Sibylle Stamm is a certified Breathwork Facilitator, Conscious Leadership Coach and co-founder of Kirtan Bern.

  • Breathwork is safe for healthy individuals.

    If you have asthma, are taking anti-coagulant drugs (ex. Coumadin), have a severe bleeding disorder (hemophilia), have a heart condition, diabetes, circulatory problems, blood clots, cancer/malignancies or bone disorders, please make this information known at the beginning of our session so that the breathwork techniques can be adapted to meet your needs. The same applies for pregnancy.

  • Your booking is binding. A cancellation of your session is possible until 24 hours before the start of the session. Afterwards you will be charged in full. You must cancel your session through the booking app or via email. There are no refunds if you miss a part or all of the session.
