Masterclass

This Masterclass runs for 12 months and includes

• An immersive 5 day offsite retreat in the Swiss Alps

• At the beginning of each quarter, a 2-day gathering of the class in Bern, Switzerland

• A monthly gathering on Zoom

• A bi-weekly partner practice with another Masterclass participant

• On demand mindfulness, embodiment and coaching support by qualified teachers

• A personality assessment

A practical framework for Embodied Leadership and an in-depth experience of your leadership integrating your IQ (cognitive intelligence), your EQ (emotional intelligence) and your BQ (body intelligence)

Clarity of your personal somatic leadership profile with your patterns of power and disempowerment

The signatures of threat and how they show up in yourself and others, understanding and actively working with your nervous system responses, as well as those of other people

Proficiency in applying effective moves to shift out of your own reactivity into an Embodied Leadership presence, building collective structures at work and at home with others to do the same

Taking your Embodied Leadership out into the world and walking the path by taking focused action, creating impact one meaningful courageous step at the time

Participation in a Lead Here Now introductory seminar is a prerequisite for attending the Masterclass.

Once a Masterclass is ready for enrolment, it is announced with its own time and schedule. When you sign up, we promise that you will be the first to be notified when the new Masterclass is ready for applications.

Once a new Masterclass has started, we continue to keep a list of people who want to join the next one. So we start adding new people to the next list - and on it goes.

The investment for the Masterclass is 9‘300 CHF. This includes full board during the offsite retreat and all practice days and services throughout the year.

Yes, as a way of honouring the nature of this work, we have created a fund that can support the payment of the tuition.

The Masterclass is taught in English.

The retreat takes place in the Swiss Alps. All quarterly gatherings (practice days) take place in Bern, Switzerland, in person. All monthly check-ins, partner practices and personal coachings take place online on Zoom.

The Masterclass was developed and is taught by Sibylle Stamm. Sibylle is a certified 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership coach. During the Masterclass, Sibylle is supported by a variety of teachers with specific expertise.

If you join the Masterclass, you agree to the following:

You have read and understood the „15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership“ by Jim Dethmer and Diana Chapman.

You have an established mindfulness / embodiment practice of a minimum of 10 minutes every day.

You agree to attend all group sessions. You agree to participate for the entire session, including arriving on time and staying until the end.

You agree to engage with a learning partner for 60 minutes every other week.

You take 100% responsibility for your well-being throughout this program.

You are willing to challenge and be challenged by feedback from the coach and the group.

General Health and Insurance

You are required to inform us truthfully of your mental and physical conditions as part of the registration process.

All participants join the Masterclass at their own risk and employ their own judgment as to which movements and exercises are appropriate for their level of training and experience as well as mental stability.

We reserve the right to ask you to leave this Masterclass if we believe it is not friendly for you and is not good for your overall well being. If you are asked to leave the Masterclass, we will work with you to determine if there will be a refund of any kind.

All participants are required to have sufficient health insurance that also covers medical care and transport if needed.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Your payment is due as follows:

• 3‘300 CHF prior to the start of the Masterclass to reserve your spot

• 2‘000 CHF at the beginning of the second quarter

• 2‘000 CHF at the beginning of the third quarter

• 2‘000 CHF at the beginning of the forth quarter

If you are on a scholarship, you will receive an individual payment schedule from us.

Your registration is considered final when your first payment has reached us. You will be given a deadline by which to make your payment. If the balance is not received by this deadline, you will forfeit your registration and we will open your spot for someone else.

We ask you to let us know as soon as possible if cancellation is necessary, so we can invite someone on the waitlist to join the Masterclass. Even more important, please register only if you are sure (barring the unforeseen) you can and will be able to attend all sessions.

If you cancel your participation in this Masterclass before the beginning of the retreat, we will fully refund your first payment if we can fill your spot. If we cannot fill your spot, we will refund your first payment minus a 700 CHF cancellation fee.

There will be no refund for any classes missed or services not used once the quarterly payment has been made.

All cancellations must be received in writing via email.
